GENERAL
• The artist maintains full ownership of every commissioned piece.
• AI/NFT use is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. My work may NOT be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.
• The commissioned artwork may only be used for Personal Use unless broader licenses are purchased.
• The artist reserve the right to decline requests for any reason.
• Communication is required throughout the whole process.PAYMENTS & FEES
• Payment must be sent through VGen, Ko-Fi, or Discord Nitro in USD. Payment through Paypal (USD) and GCash (PHP) may be accepted.
• Robux payments may be accepted for limited slots. Other non-cash or non-real-currency will not be accepted.
• All payments are UPFRONT IN FULL through the agreed platform.
• Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the commission.
• Priority and privacy fees are unavailable for the artist's services.REVISIONS
• Revisions are available during the sketch phase.
• After the sketch is approved, three(3) free minor adjustments is allowed. Major changes to composition, pose, etc. may not be requested.
• Errors made by the artist will always be corrected at no cost.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
• Commissions may take up to 1-4 weeks.
• The artist will provide updates whenever possible.
• The completed artworks will only be sent digitally through Google Drive, in PNG format as default. Any file format may be requested.
• Each purchase will include a watermarked and a non-watermarked version, as well as a transparent file if applicable.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTSI, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.• After full payment, the client may use the artwork for personal purposes (icons, banners, credited social posts, or private prints) as long as credit and the watermark remain. Any broader rights must be purchased separately.
• The artist may use the commissioned piece for promotional purposes, posts, and portfolios.

• Refunds will not be accepted after sketch approval unless the artist is unable to complete the commission.

The commissioner may:
• Use the artwork for personal purposes only (unless broader rights are purchased).
• Post it on Social Media with credit to me "@treumyo".The commissioner may NOT:
• Use the artwork purchased for Personal Use in any profitable content without purchasing broader rights.
• Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me, this includes removing signatures/watermarks, reselling, etc.
• Modify the artwork without my consent. This includes feeding any artwork to AI.
